SugarSync helps us acheive two very important tasks:
1) Online Backup. We felt is was very important that our business files be backed up offsite. Our first thought was to burn them to a DVD and have an employee remember to take them home every night... NOT. Wtih SugarSync, we just indicate what files/folders we want backed up and that's it. Forgetting is never a problem. Sugarsync does it for us!
2) Shared Files. We were comfortable building and maintaining a server, but even then, we weren't sure we wanted the maintenance and security risk. By backing up our files on SugarSync servers, they handle everything for us. Security, Access Control, Versioning, etc. Very Affordable Solution!
