The Galley is a cafeteria style diner in downtown Boise, Idaho whose proprietor has an amazing story. (We are still trying to get him to let us share more)  Kevin, formerly a fishing boat captain, lost his eyesight due to a degenerative condition.  He now helps other differently abled individuals gain valuable workplace experience and skills by working in his diner.  AWESOME food, AWESOME guy.  Check this one out!
